Terms of use
Last updated 1 October 2026
These terms apply to everyone who uses wiki43.com and the wikis hosted on its subdomains (“Wiki43”, “we”). By using Wiki43 you agree to them.
Your account
You sign in with an email address you control. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be old enough to consent to these terms where you live, and at least 13.
Your content and its licence
You keep the copyright in what you write. By publishing text on a wiki you license it under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 licence, so others can share and adapt it with credit. Only upload images and text you have the right to share.
Acceptable use
Do not use Wiki43 to publish or do anything that:
- is illegal, or infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy;
- harasses, threatens or incites violence or hatred against people or groups;
- sexualises minors, or shares sexual content of anyone without their consent;
- is spam, malware, phishing or an attempt to deceive people;
- disrupts the service or other wikis, including automated mass editing without permission.
Wiki owners and moderators
Owners and the people they appoint run their wikis: they may edit, revert or delete content and ban users from their wiki. We may step in, remove content, suspend accounts or take down wikis that break these terms.
No warranty
Wiki43 is provided as is. Wiki content is written by its users and may be wrong; we don't endorse it. We may change or discontinue features, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we'll say so on the site before it takes effect.
